My career in HR has put me alongside executive leaders, frontline teams, and salaried employees. Those perspectives shape how I work: listen carefully, understand what’s needed, and build solutions people can use.

I’m comfortable working through complex workplace challenges, from sensitive employee relations matters to changes that affect an entire organization. I believe clear expectations and meaningful relationships belong in the same conversation.

For me, supporting the business and advocating for people go hand in hand. The work is finding a fair, thoughtful path that considers both.

Beyond the job title

I’m curious, resourceful, and drawn to a problem that needs untangling. I value integrity, keep learning, and appreciate a sense of humor—especially when the day doesn’t go quite as planned.
